老萨死了,还是;我看到那个消息,突然就想到了邱,可能是因为死期接近及杀戮之气的关系.那句令人莫名其妙的话可能证明了"人之将死,其言也善"吧
中国人比较有人情味,从人情味上来讲,邱五马分尸也不为过,但是从法津上讲,如果对一名死刑犯罪存有是否有精神病的怀疑态度,就应该进行精神病鉴定,这不是为邱说话,因为只有法津的健全,法律的被重视程度,可以加快中国的发展.同时诗人橡子的一句话:在一个法律意识刚刚苏醒的时代里，本来就是一团橡皮泥。
